Sayed Najibi was a Financial Advisor for four years and a Mortgage Specialist for three years at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. As a Mortgage Specialist, he transacted over $100 million in residential mortgages and was recognized with a National Top Performer award in his second year. His clients were so happy with his advice and service that they wished he could help them with their real estate transactions as well. Understanding his clients’ need for assistance with their real estate needs, Sayed became a Real Estate Specialist. In his first year, he completed over 45 transactions, placing him in the top 5% Greater Vancouver agents. He was awarded the Medallion & Royal Lepage’s BC & National Rookie Of The Year title, an achievement he credits to his practice of listening carefully to his clients and prioritizing their needs. Born in Afghanistan, his family escaped the war there and then settled in India as refugees. His family immigrated to Vancouver in 2003 with $200 in their possession. In addition to English, he can speak Farsi, Hindi, and Urdu. Sayed obtained his Marketing Diploma from BCIT and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Royal Roads University, Victoria.
