As Head of Customer Success at Dee Set, I bring over six years of experience in delivering customer centric strategies that drive measurable results. My role is all about leading the teams, fostering strong client relationships, and aligning internal capabilities with customer goals. I believe true success lies in combining operational excellence with authentic connection, both with customers and colleagues. Currently, I’m completing a Level 7 Women in Leadership apprenticeship and participating in the Acosta Leadership Rotation Program, both of which are deepening my strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership. These experiences are shaping the way I lead and strengthening my understanding of the industry. Beyond my professional ambitions, I’m very passionate about holistic wellbeing and creating space to thrive both in and outside of work. I’m a strong advocate for balancing corporate life with personal sustainability, and I bring that mindset into my leadership style.
