About Schellander Gerhard

In the past years of my working experience I have been intensively contributing on the set-up and leading of sales organizations and groups to cover the entire region and its countries under my responsibility as well as focusing on/and finally executing large scale projects. As a Siemens Manager with international responsibilities I was continuously playing a leading role in building up local sales groups and establishing contacts to local partners and customers on a difficult but intensively growing market. Another major task was to represent Siemens and/or my department as well as our products, systems and solutions towards various clients not limited to our local organisations, but also at exhibitions, various presentations and/or inaugurations or even in final sales negotiations. All kind of tasks with regard to Project Management – in particular for large scale project executions, including the difficulties of complex system solutions with various interfaces to internal and external groups and subcontractors - were handled and executed successfully during my responsibility as Project Director. Time-critical subjects as well as serious milestones with financial impacts were natural subjects for decisions, which were requiring especially tactical as well as diplomatic handling and have been solved positively.
