About Scot Bailey

Have a very strong background in Operations and Business Development within the Financial Services Industry both in New Zealand and Australia. Having built up a network of colleagues, the concentration of my last four years has been in the Product and Business Development side of the business with a strong input into the operations and business process flows. Lending and Credit Analysis also feature in strongly in my last 19 years in the Finance Industry, as does specialised products such as KiwiSaver. Previous positions within the Banking and Finance Industry include Operations Manager for Baycorp Lending Services both in New Zealand and Australia (working with Pepper Home Loans), Operations Manager for Liberty in New Zealand, various roles within Westpac Bank including branch manager for three rural branches and more recently Product and Business Development Manager for a Fincancial Services company. Knowledge extends from managing a team of people with responsibilties from Business Developement, Credit and Underwriting processes, Documentation processes, Arrears & Collections Processes, Accreditation Process for brokers, Credit Policy and Procedures, Training Modules etc. Extensive knowledge, system analysis and user testing for a mortgage and securitisation software program called Axcess Relationship Manager (ARM).
