As a Senior Legal Assistant at Milliman, one of the world's largest providers of actuarial and related products and services, I provide proficient legal assistance to the GCS Legal Contracts Team and foster project management collaboration within the Legal Department. I manage and prioritize calendars and complex meeting schedules, coordinate and track the execution and approvals of agreements and contracts, and balance strong working relationships with department leadership and other key stakeholders. I also hold the credentials of Notary Public of Washington and Certified Notary Public, which enable me to perform notarial acts for Milliman and its clients. I am a self-starter, a quick learner, and a team player who can work independently and prioritize projects and responsibilities. I am proficient in various software and web-based tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, SharePoint, eDocs, eCounsel, and Diligent.
