I am a results-oriented, leader with experience in management and executive level positions. My focus is helping others find success either as associates within our organizations or clients whom we serve. I have a passion for finding solutions to problems that will positively impact investments for those that wish to build wealth with real estate. Our companies are residential centric with years of positive success stories and satisfied customers. I have managed businesses from a national wholesale marine accessories distribution company to a computer management services business through my business career working for others. In 1992 Oz Accommodations was founded as a corporate housing provider and within three years the business morphed into a full service Real Estate Consulting and Professional Property Management company. During the last 25+ years of business the real estate market has changed dramatically and during this period we have continually navigated the company to meet the needs of investors and clients seeking to maximize returns on their real estate holdings and provide lower risk outcomes.
