About Scott Adams

I am an "Ah-ha Activator". I do that as a coach, facilitator and learning design partner to help individuals, teams and organizations bring out their best and create a better world. As a coach, I draw from formal study of ontological, performance and neuroscience frameworks as well as mindfulness practices to help clients see how brain, body, language and emotions shape behaviors and create their reality. Clients engage in deep reflection to understand how they make meaning, choose actions and generate results. Through reflection and experimentation they learn to shift and take steps to achieve greater success at work and in life.As a training facilitator and designer, I create and deliver a wide variety of custom learning programs specific to the needs of teams and organizations. I've worked with leaders in Fortune 500 companies, small non-profits, consultancies and universities for over 20 years and have extensive international experience, including 6 years in Japan. Some of the most important work I do focuses on sustainability and creating a viable future for our planet and future generations.Key Skills:Executive Coaching | Leadership Development | Facilitation | Ontology and Mindfulness | Assessments | Organizational Effectiveness | Team Development | Executive Presence | Change Management | Design Thinking | Intercultural Communication
