Co-founder of Elite Chiropractic & Wellness Center, I enjoyed a very successful career as a General Manager in the food service industry. My most recent role was at Starbucks coffee company, where I excelled in inspiring partners and mastering essential business management skills such as profit and loss analysis, recruitment, development and exceeding in the customer experience. Previously with the Strang Corporation dba Panera Bread my responsibilities included the daily operations of the highest volume Cafe in Monmouth County. My Cafe was also a Certified training location, responsible for the training and development of all newly recruited managers in the area. We provided an environment which excelled in executing company standards and exceeding guests expectations. As a manager for Gianni's Pizzeria llc my responsibilities included the daily operations of a multi-unit restaurant from purchasing and cash handling to pizza making and menu development. I provided oversight and support in the growth of the Gianni's Pizzeria concept from one unit to five area restaurants. Taste of New York was an exciting opportunity for me to work in the Atlanta Georgia market where I was directly accountable for the start up of a single unit restaurant. I assisted in all aspects of the business including restaurant construction, menu development, staffing, training and daily operations including point of sale support, food cost, labor management and food handling.
