With over 25 years of work experience, I am a seasoned leader in the field of IT service management and governance. I recently completed my role as the Vice President of ITSM Governance at SAP, where I oversaw the global strategy, design, and implementation of IT service delivery processes and policies. I also led the IT transformation program, which involved the migration of SAP's systems and applications to the cloud, the adoption of agile and DevOps methodologies, and the enhancement of cybersecurity and compliance standards. During my tenure, I successfully delivered multiple large-scale and complex projects, such as the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud, the SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and the SAP Intelligent Enterprise. I also secured a Cybersecurity MicroMasters Certificate from Rochester Institute of Technology, which demonstrates my commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity. Prior to joining SAP, I was the Director of Operations at Infusionsoft, where I managed the operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth of the company's cloud-based sales and marketing software. Before that, I spent nearly two decades at American Express, where I held various leadership roles in the IT department, such as the Director of Information Technology. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise in ITSM governance, project management, business management, and business development to create value for organizations and customers. I am also driven by the mission of empowering people and businesses with innovative and secure IT solutions that enhance their performance and productivity.
