As Senior Vice President at NAI Nashville, I specialize in advising commercial real estate (CRE) investors, developers, and occupiers across a diverse range of transactions and asset classes, including data centers, industrial, healthcare, mixed-use, and housing developments, among many others. During my 30+ years of industry experience, I have executed high-value acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, leasing strategies, market analysis, and capital structuring—driving measurable asset appreciation and efficient property utilization.My current assignments take advantage of my expertise in site selection, feasibility analysis, power and cooling infrastructure, ESG initiatives, and complex stakeholder negotiations. Previously, I managed the marketing and leasing efforts for a 2M+ SF medical office portfolio encompassing dozens of Midwestern and Southeastern US markets, leading over 130 lease transactions annually, totaling typically more than SF per year. My background also includes leadership roles in development and construction management, where I have spearheaded institutional-scale projects, investment strategies, and high-stakes negotiations. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and former LEED Green Associate, I bring a data-driven, strategic approach to CRE development, investment and absorption.
