I am an experienced Service Manager within the fire industry, with a strong background in facilities management, risk and security management, and business development. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead large teams, optimise operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Currently, I serve as a Service Manager, where I lead a team of fire service technicians, coordinate service appointments, maintain strong client relationships, and manage budgets. I also implement quality control processes and organise training sessions to keep our team updated on the latest fire safety protocols. Previously, I held Facilities Management roles at large reputable organisations such as Colliers International, Lendlease Property Management (Aust) Pty Ltd, and Scentre Group, managing the facilities of various shopping centres over 6 years. My responsibilities included contract and contractor management, coordination of repairs and maintenance, tenancy delivery, budget forecasting, risk management, and ensuring environmental sustainability. Throughout my career, I have also served as a Risk & Security Manager across several shopping centres. My responsibilities included proactive management, reporting, and responding to hazards, incidents, and emergency situations. I was responsible for conducting safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards. Additionally, I tracked risk and security expenditures, coordinated responses to emergencies and critical incidents, and managed the security budget to maintain operational efficiency and safety. I hold various accreditations and licenses, including 1ACE 2ACD Security Licences since Construction White Card, Working with Children Check (WWCC), Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG). I have also completed numerous diploma-level courses in work health and safety, risk management, business management, frontline management, as well as Certificate IV in Crisis Management and Training & Assessment. Additionally, I am a registered NSW Justice of the Peace, which further demonstrates my commitment to public service and credibility.
