Molecular biologist and data scientist with a passion for mathematics and programming. Proficient in C/C++, Python, and SQL. I have successfully completed and implemented data content automation projects for web content for Thermo Fisher Scientific. I have proficiency in data and web content management, with focused skill towards data science tools. My passion towards striving for patient centric solutions is exemplified in my major contribution to finding molecular solutions to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease via mutations in glycyl-tRNA synthetase, utilizing protein-protein interactions in in vitro and in vivo models, resulting in 4 collaborations and 5 completed projects. My academic research was recognized by Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award from NIH. What I bring to the table are excellent project and people management skills, combined with systemization expertise and risk mitigation skills.
