Throughout my career, I have developed a proven track record of successfully managing international teams, driving significant revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships across diverse markets, including publishing, agency, and advertising technology. My expertise spans programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and comprehensive digital strategy. Here are some key achievements I would like to highlight:* Between 2018 and 2025, I successfully scaled Incubeta’s GMP reselling revenue from four to seven figures with a focused team of just seven individuals.* I spearheaded the integration of Google Gemini AI to enhance Incubeta's digital marketing capabilities across content creation, SEO and keyword research, marketing analytics, personalized marketing, campaign planning and strategy, as well as driving efficiency and automation.* I led the strategic expansion of Incubeta’s physical presence in Southeast Asia by establishing new offices in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, building upon our existing primary location in Singapore.* Through dedicated effort and strategic initiatives since 2018, I have successfully expanded Incubeta’s client base threefold.* At the New York Times, I was instrumental in growing programmatic ad revenue tenfold by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities and providing strategic insights.* During my time managing Omnicom’s Southeast Asia Programmatic team, I successfully grew the team from 3 to 8 members.
