After 23 years in fire service — including 15 in leadership and 13 as a certified instructor — I’m making a deliberate career shift into residential construction management. Throughout my career, I’ve led high-performing teams in high-stakes environments, enforced rigorous safety standards, and coordinated complex operations with precision and accountability. Now, I’m channeling those same strengths into the construction industry — where leadership, structural awareness, communication, and safety-driven execution are just as critical. Whether managing a fireground or a job site, the mission is the same: keep people safe, keep operations efficient, and lead with integrity. Currently pursuing a degree in Fire Science and with a background in Building Construction Management, I bring a unique lens to job site leadership — one that blends real-world experience with technical knowledge and tactical decision-making.
