As a Surveyor at RTI International, I administer standardized questionnaires to gather participant's responses using audio computer-assisted self-interviews (ACASI). I also manage administrative duties, such as participating in conference calls and completing online trainings. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, and I am proficient in communication, market research, and client relations skills. I speak fluent English and Spanish. Before joining RTI International, I worked as a Market Research Analyst at James Andrew Group, Inc. for more than three years, providing guidance and direction on consumer research, store strategy, and location deployment optimization. I specialized in primary data collection and conducted location-based surveying studies, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research techniques. I also surveyed hard-to-reach audiences in the hospitality, retail, and restaurant service industry, helping brands identify key audiences. I am passionate about delivering high-quality data and insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
