Currently Vice President and Treasurer of Unisys Corporation a $3 billion worldwide information services company with 50% of revenue generated internationally. In 1984, recruited by Unisys upon earning an MBA at Drexel University. Has held several positions within finance and strategic planning during his thirty-two years with Unisys. Has twenty-one years of mergers and acquisitions experience and twenty-four years experience in the capital markets. In was elected by the Unisys Board of Directors to Vice President and Treasurer. For six years, served as a trustee for The Franklin Institute and served on their Audit and Development and Government Relations Committees. Also severed as a board member for Intelligent Processing Solutions Limited a UK business process outsourcing company that processes over 70% of that country's checks. Has had professional affiliations as a member of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers and as member of The Conference Board's Council of Corporate Treasurers.
