About Scott Baxter

Following my graduation at Ivey Business School with my MBA, I joined Partners in Performance. I am grateful for my opportunities to help clients across a wide-range of consulting engagements in both operations and capital projects in the mining, industrial, supply chain, and energy transformation industries. We believe strongly in partnership and collaboration with our clients to drive systemic and behavioral changes across all elements of an organization to recover and unlock value. After graduating from the University of Alberta with a bachelor's in Mining Engineer, I immediately switched gears by joining the Building Sciences consulting team at WSP Canada (formerly Halsall Associates Ltd.). Our team specialized in evaluating and restoring the building envelopes and structures of existing buildings. Additionally, we provided services in new construction by supporting construction teams to produce durable and safe building envelopes. I am an active person and am always engaging myself in sports and activities. Not unlike many Calgarians, I love getting to the mountains to hike, ski, or perhaps just to get that next photograph. Recently, I have returned from a very rewarding year abroad in Australia where I was able to work, travel the country and meet many new friends from around the world!
