My experience spans across operational delivery, commercial and contract management including negotiating high value contract disputes through to settlement as well as negotiating contracts for new services. Strong commercial acumen coupled with an operational background across almost all technologies along with a sound analytical approach and pragmatic thinking, means I have delivered innovative solutions to provide cost savings and stable services to businesses. Extensive experience of defining and delivering both operational and commercial strategies to ensure they deliver value, reduce cost and underpin the needs of the business. Recent Professional Achievements - successfully planned sales strategy, negotiated and signed €22m 5yr European network and Security deal with Asahi, securing contract without an RFP - Completed global benchmark of contract services for leading European travel company TUI ensuring no loss of revenue whilst leveraging outcome to negotiate a multi-year renewal of contract- Successfully completed 5th largest divestment in history, separating European business from the world’s largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev UK to comply with EU regulations. Led RFP response to leading Japanese brewing company Asahi, shaping commercial offering, preparing business case and P&L, successfully won bid and signed 3yr contact with TCV of €3m -Delivery of a cost saving programme to reduce cost on 3rd party spend, saving £19m in 2013 and awarded Best IT Team at Real IT Awards as a result- Delivered transformation of British Gas’s Software Asset Management function to enable management of software licensing compliance, mitigating risk and driving cost savings- Successfully delivered transition of enterprise scale Data Centre services from incumbent supplier to new partner
