About Scott Benjamin

I'm a highly experienced IT Professional with 18+ years of experience working in the Healthcare space. I have filled 5 different roles in my time with GE Healthcare and am actively pursuing new opportunities. I am open to jobs both inside and outside of the healthcare market. I posses expert level knowledge of IHE standards, such as HL7 and DICOM. I have extensive experience working with multiple Operating Systems, RDBMS systems, and Virtualization. I am an expert in using VBScript and Powershell to workaround complex problems. Additionally, I have developed some very strong Relational DB Skills, specifically working with Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase ASE. I love to play softball and basketball. I also am an avid skiier and hiker (depending on the season). While I enjoy running road races (mostly 5ks) its not the easiest thing to maintain year round in the Northeast! I am interested in pursuing a role where I can continue to add to my vast Technical Tool box. I would like to pursue a leadership role in the not so distant future in a company with the right culture.
