I am a senior infrastructure executive with 20+ years of leadership across telecom, digital, and creative sectors. As Founder & COO of PiPiper Infrastructure, I conceived, structured, and delivered Ireland’s only national motorway-duct dark fibre network, spanning more than 700 km. My role has included: • Negotiating long-term lease agreements • Structuring and commercialising IRU models for hyperscalers, carriers, and financial institutions • Leading partnerships and contract negotiations • Driving the development of submarine cable systems, including permitting and licensing across Ireland, the Netherlands, Denmark, and France • Working in consortium teams with hyperscalers and global telecom operators on technical, regulatory, and financial delivery • Designing SPV structures, O&M frameworks, and governance models to align investor returns with operational resilience • Engaging at board level with investors, regulators, and strategic partners to secure long-term alignment My earlier career includes leading enterprise digital transformation projects at Arekibo for clients such as Microsoft, RTÉ, ESB, and MERC, and heading the Creative Department at MCD Productions, where I directed campaigns for international artists and festivals with audiences exceeding I began my career at Bell Pottinger in London, developing cutting-edge online creative campaigns. I now bring this mix of founder-level experience, board-level governance, and cross-sector leadership to global organisations. I am particularly focused on COO/VP-level roles in hyperscalers, infrastructure funds, and global telecom operators, where I can scale infrastructure platforms, lead strategic partnerships, and deliver complex programmes shaping the future of digital connectivity.
