About Scott Berry

I’m a relationship and outcome focused healthcare provider and teacher. My mission is to create a world of growth and connection. In both clinical and educational settings, I strive to bring present moment awareness, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping others reduce suffering, build purpose, and develop the skills they need to succeed in their environments. I value continuous learning, thoughtful preparation, and intentional organization—tools that allow me to more effectively support others. Whether it's mastering new psychotherapy techniques or creating tailored, invigorating learning experiences, I aim to meet people where they are and guide them toward meaningful progress. I am passionate about continuing education and routinely engage in independent study. Some of my clinical training includes Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure, and I’m currently building my skills and a knowledge base in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. As an educator, I’ve taught and facilitated across a wide range of settings—from brief “Lunch and Learn” workshops to full-length undergraduate and graduate courses, delivered in-person, hybrid, and online formats. I especially enjoy designing and evolving the curriculum to keep learning experiences relevant, personalized, and impactful.
