I am the owner of Quality Security Services. I have seen all aspects of the security world and I believe the recipe for a successful company includes attention to detail as well as diligence and adaptation. I have successfully coordinated massive national divisions with over 1.4 million time sensitive calls for service, operating at a 99.7% success rate, with no losses, over 15 years. I have personally hired over 500 affiliates across the country. I have at least 1 personal reference in every state in the union. I believe in saying what I do, and doing what I say. I believe in paying on time and providing the necessary service and paperwork to ensure a long lasting and smooth business relationship far into the future. I have organized and directly managed events that have had hundreds of officers at once, accommodating over attendees at one time. Managing over 200 guards and a management staff of 8, I needed to think quickly to succeed. I have a methodical way of on-loading work in which I identify exactly what the client needs and exactly how it fits in to the current structure of the service operation. This leads to smooth transitions and long lasting relationships with clients and workers.
