Bringing world class gigabit fiber internet service to under-served and un-served customers in rural Michigan.2) Pioneered ADSS FTTx deployment in the rural electric utility space. Developed external partnershipswith key contractors and manufactures resulting in numerous new products and process improvements with our team; fielding, engineering, constructing and commissioning over miles annually of fiberoptic cable.3) Identified changes within the utility O&M program which resulted in expense savings of over $2Mannually while achieving an equipment outage time reduction of 70%.4) Lead and Developed the the strategic corporate vision for evolving the distribution grid into the utility of the future.
