Worked with executive leadership and operational division managers to realign an environmental, safety and health program and culture to reduce TRIR from 8.2 to 1.7 and worker’s compensation premiums by $2MM in an organization of employees and on-site contractors. Advised and collaborated with executive management and operations management to identify performance shortcomings and opportunities for improvement and devised action plans and implemented solutions to comply with agency standards or to achieve specific EHS and operational goals. Provided guidance and implemented solutions for oil & gas drilling, production and refining operations, manufacturing companies and service industries in environmental, safety and health matters. Cultivated a consulting team that met operational performance objectives and business goals within a $4.6MM budget to service 147 clients including 27 oil & gas drilling, production and refining companies operating both on and off-shore.
