Will update shortly. Program Management: Over seven years of experience as program manager for the Department of Defense. Managed end-to-end capability lifecycle from prototype through v2.0 release. Oversaw game engine transitions from Gamebryo to Unreal Engine 3 and Unreal Engine 4. Founded working group with participation from 35 organizations. Expanded capability adoption to ten Army and USMC organizations, four funding sources, and three collaborative partnerships. Engineering: Five years of experience as a modeling and simulation (M&S) engineer for radio frequency (RF) communications, detection, jamming, and ground-penetrating radar (GPR.) Planned and coordinated RF field testing. Presented results and recommendations for executive leadership. Innovator's Libraries: Founded the NAVAIR "Innovator's Libraries" with the objective of "lowering the barrier of commitment for reading" by locating bookshelves in every major building on base, and stocking them with the best books on entrepreneurship, leadership, mentoring, and management.
