Having begun my EMS career in 1993, I have had the privilege of gaining EMS experience at all levels, from volunteer EMT-B field provider to EMS administration in both municipal and non-profit ALS organizations.At Taiga Compliance, we work with EMS and other healthcare organizations to help them review their existing Compliance Plans, develop new Compliance Plans, perform external call audits, and all other manners of billing compliance. Our proprietary product, Taiga Check™, is a customer-focused sanctioned and excluded provider testing service offered on a subscription basis. Using Taiga Check™ provides direct status feedback by comparing your records to the Office of Medicaid Inspector General, Office of Inspector General, SAM (Federal System for Award Management), and Office of Foreign Asset Control/SDN lists.At Priority One Billing, we specialize in working with small to medium sized EMS agencies, especially fire-based EMS agencies in New York, to build new and/or update existing billing programs. With decades of combined experience in the industry, we bring a unique perspective which includes a thorough understanding of the operational, administrative, and revenue cycle aspects of running an EMS agency.
