2019-Present Started back at Kimberly Clark Loudon on L4 tissue machine. 2017- 2019 Kemira chemicals as technician. 2016- 2017 Worked at Resolute Forest products in Calhoun, TN as lead operator for new tissue process. Helped with start up, enjoyed learning new technologies and gaining new experiences. Looking toward future. 1995-2016 Worked for Kimberly Clark for going on 21 years, started in converting for the start up of multifolder 3 and went to tissue machine number three in Loudon mill as machine tender. After serving 6 years on that tissue machine went to tissue machine number 4 for that start up. Served 4 years as process leader on C Team and then became Process Specialist for an additional 6 years. After that I moved into a lean position for short time and worked on preventative maintenance and total preventative maintenance program to update that with simpler methods and more info for operations. finished career at Kimberly Clark in CI role. 1987-1995 Worked for Gemtron glass manufacturing in Sweetwater TN. Worked on several processes there. Tempering furnaces, silk screening departments, and drill departments. 1985-1987 Worked as front manager at Ingles grocery in Madisonville TN.
