My experience includes working on a variety of residential projects, such as low rise traditional schemes to medium/high rise concrete frame developments, which has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of construction materials/labor costs & construction methods/technologies. I am skilled in using industry-standard software such as ITWO CostX & Microsoft Office, and I always stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry. As a solution orientated professional, I excel at working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
