About Scott Brennan

As a Principal at Sikich, our Microsoft Practice is my primary focus serving enterprise and mid-sized companies. With decades of experience in technology and consulting, I am a driven leader specializing in problem-solving, solution architecting, and project methodology. Throughout my career, I have been involved in all aspects of bringing value to customers, from leadership to sales to delivery. I excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into a strategic plan that requires a blend of technology, imagination, and ROI. While I possess experience across numerous industries, my primary focus is on equipment lifecycle management, field service, and dealer management systems. Before joining Sikich, I served as a Partner at a technology company that provided solutions for IBM and Microsoft products. In 2005, we merged with Sikich, and I established our St. Louis office. In 2015, I relocated to Sikich Headquarters in Chicago, where I currently reside. Over the past 15+ years, I have been heavily involved in establishing our current Microsoft partnership across various Leadership and Product Teams within North America and Europe. I am actively engaged in several Microsoft advisory boards, with a focus on their ERP and Field Service solutions. I have led multiple Microsoft Beta projects, deploying the first versions of Microsoft solutions in North America and globally. I have also been engaged by Microsoft to help develop the project methodology provided globally to their Partner Channel. I have been actively involved in the Microsoft Dynamics Community for 25+years serving multiple terms as the President of the North American Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Partner Community and over a decade as a Board Member. I am a member of the Business Central Partner Community Leadership Group in both North America and EMEA and have also had a variety of different speaking engagements at conferences and user groups.
