Hi. I’m Scott. I’ve worked in and around the Communications field for more than 20 years as a research-savvy journalist, creative marketer, effective workforce influencer, trusted leadership advisor and captivating storyteller. There's not too much my career experiences haven't thrown my way (and, of course, most with a deadline of tomorrow). I’ve donned a multitude of hats while helping build a start-up brand and company from scratch. And today, I am doing much of the same for a 75-year-old specialty chemical manufacturer that is setting its course for a new future as a leading global player in Life Sciences and Industrial Specialties. And, there’s been a lot in between. I’ve worked in remarkable, multi-cultural environments where Corporate Communications is truly the only shared language. I’ve helped organizations effectively manage through gargantuan change (really, it was that big) through clear concise communications and by developing global influencer networks. I've worked as part of and have proudly led teams of professionals who have delivered programs that drive real and exciting (even breathtaking) results. I’m a creative thinker with a proven track record for "making it happen"(no matter what "it" is). I’m a thoughtful and dependable partner for executives and have a knack for capturing, amplifying and enhancing the effectiveness and reach of their leadership voice. One of my greatest assets is my broad operational perspective as an experienced strategic and tactical leader. I’m a morning person and an evening person. I’m a passionate professional who can help organizations deliver market growth, enhanced brand positioning, and engaged customer and employee relationships through compelling communications.
