I have extensive experience in HR and am skilled in hands-on work, as well as knowledgeable about local labor law and practice, having worked on countless case studies. As a local HR lead and a global HR team member, I've covered the entire spectrum of HR functions. My experience includes overseeing teams, controlling day-to-day HR operations, designing and implementing new organizational restructuring, introducing the HR systems and tools, handling ER matters, and redesigning and rebuilding entire HR regulations.
