Scott’s wide-ranging experience in the A/C/E industry spans two decades and many markets. Currently focused on the Connecticut & Westchester Markets for CBRE, Scott leads clients and projects through strategic facilities planning and forecasting while also managing complex project teams. Scott is also skilled in managing troubled project recoveries. Of particular focus are sustainable, lab and educational projects, however he is experienced with all aspects of corporate, institutional, medical, pharmaceutical, high-tech, industrial, military and government projects. Scott is leader from project conception through to a thorough and complete project close-out. He is a skilled project director, committed to partnering with clients to achieve project goals and empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their real estate.
