I have leveraged advanced data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx or PowerBI in numerous points in the deal cycle, working with Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies to realize investment goals. I have deep experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations, improving fill rates and cycle times through implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to drive process improvements. I've developed an understanding of inventory analysis to optimize both customer experience and working capital deployment. I have overseen launches and renovations at some of New York City's most iconic retail locations.
