About Scott Caldwell

From a young age, I was always driven by one goal: bringing smiles to people's faces. Growing up as the son of a fight master and stunt coordinator in theatre and film, I was immersed in a world where fun often came with risk. It wasn’t until later that I realized safety and enjoyment go hand in hand. It wasn’t until I worked in Youth Ministry, entrusted by over 100 families to safeguard their most valuable assets, that I truly understood the importance of safety. I learned that the more you prioritize safety, the more you enable fun to grow and thrive. Without it, risks escalate, experiences are spoiled, and the collective joy of the group is compromised. After my time in Youth Ministry, I found myself working at Chick-fil-A, where I gained an appreciation for the hard work that goes into creating positive, safe, and fun community experiences. It became clear to me that every employee needs to keep safety top of mind while still embracing the freedom to engage and delight. Today, as an Insurance Broker, my mission remains the same: to help businesses in the entertainment industry build and maintain strong safety cultures. By doing so, I assist in managing risks, controlling costs, and minimizing claims, allowing these businesses to focus on what they do best—bringing fun and smiles to their communities.
