With over 35 years of experience in the medical device industry, I am a professional, passionate, and persuasive leader who drives strategic alignment and growth in the ANZ Medtech sector. I have a proven track record of sales excellence, business management, negotiation, and relationship development, as well as formal qualifications in Strategy, Leadership & Process Improvement. I have successfully negotiated and managed long-term corporate partnership agreements, supported local & Pacific region distribution partners, and led both the development & implementation of commercial strategies in the ANZ Medtech sector. In my current role as Sales & Marketing Manager I have P&L responsibility for 3 business units - GI Endoscopy, Respiratory & Infection Prevention - & lead a high performing team of Field Sales Specialists, Sales Managers & Marketers who deliver value and clinical outcome based solutions to our public and private health customers across Australia & New Zealand. I am a coach and mentor to my direct reports, colleagues, and peers, and a trusted partner to our stakeholders. My mission is to advance the Olympus vision of making people's lives healthier, safer, and more fulfilling.
