Leadership, Teambuilding, Personnel Development is what I bring just to start with. I have the ability to eye the details and cover the big picture. I've led big projects with very limited and unlimited resources. Recently transitioned with 30 years of military experience coupled up with a real desire to not only exceed customer expectations, but at the same time develop and reward those who provide that service. I currently lead a team of logistics experts for a major Aerospace company after being responsible for developing, equipping and training the 900 enlisted personnel assigned to the unit in which I served. I have also served as the Transportation and Logistics Manager/Superintendent with a demonstrated history of working in the military. Skilled in Insource internal material movement, Operations Management, Freight, Operational Planning, Team Building, Process Improvement,Personnel Development, Cross-Functional Management, Commercial Transportation and Air Freight. Working every day to be a strong operations professional. Graduated from Community College of the Air Force. I would also be very open to putting my skills to work for a strong non-profit organization that is about getting people back in to the game and recovering from unfortunate events and improving their quality of life along the way.
