As Garde Manger at Orsetta Craft Kitchen & Bar, I prepare and cook delicious meals for customers, following the highest standards of food safety and quality. I have a ServSafe Food Handler certification and a passion for culinary arts. I also have experience in cleaning, cash handling, and customer service, which help me contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant. In addition to my culinary role, I am also the Chief Executive Officer of Sovereignty LLC, a company that I founded in 2022 to provide merchandise and designs for aspiring entrepreneurs. I leverage my business education and skills to create and market engaging and informative content, manage the finances and operations of the company, and network with potential partners and clients. I am currently attending Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where I am pursuing a degree in Business, and I have also taken courses at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. My goal is to combine my culinary and business expertise to launch and grow a successful food-related venture in the future.
