About Scott Carter

I am professional and work well both alone and as part of a team. I thrive on working under pressure and to strict timescales. I aim to be as approachable and friendly to colleagues at all levels and at all times so as to ensure good communication is maintained. I am comfortable either leading a team or working as part of one and appreciate and support the role that each team member has, in order to deliver a quality product. In my current role I work as a Delivery Manager across both Workday and Supply Chain IT teams and this involves coaching these delivery teams and their customers within the Scrum process to ensure that work is delivered timely and accurately. I am responsible for two teams maintaining and delivering critical business systems and am guiding them towards becoming high performing. I have facilitated yearly planning sessions as well as quarterly IT planning (PI) events. I line manage team members based both in the UK and globally. I have also been responsible for leading teams through external audits to ensure compliance.
