About Scott Cattanach

At 5:45 a.m. every morning, my father left for the factory and for 43 years built architectural doors found in offices across the world (even at Peoples State Bank). From that upbringing in a working class family, my desire to overcome challenges with creativity and effort are a great match with the culture and focus of Peoples. From a broad career experience in public accounting serving financial institutions, then as a CFO in banking, and now leading PSB Holdings, Inc.(OTCQX:PSBQ), my satisfaction comes from helping hard working people grow their financial strength with engaged bankers who also provide consistent value creation for shareholders with integrity. Those who know me would describe me as an open minded, detailed, and action-oriented teacher. In my role as a community banker, I leverage these skills to solve various governance, tax, and financial management challenges on behalf of many community organizations and the businesses we serve. Through our collective efforts, many have more than doubled their revenue or impact. Outside of banking, I cherish the time spent with my wife and children. I am well-read concerning automobile trends, World War II European theater, and Biblical history, and hope to teach college accounting in retirement. Above all, I work to display my faith through my actions, by loving others and sharing how I found peace with God through Jesus Christ.
