As a marketer, I’m an expert in understanding how to drive demand through online marketing channels, particularly social media and search engine marketing. I believe in full pipeline optimization, utilizing automation and data to help my prospects convert themselves. If those data doesn’t exist on day one, I’ll work tirelessly to design and implement the systems necessary to capture and learn from them. As a higher education executive, my marketing, sales enablement, and analytics expertise has enabled nearly students to enroll in degree and certificate programs across the United States. I’ve done this through multi-channel optimization and helping to manage high performing call centers designed to guide prospects to enroll through consultative techniques and white glove service. I’ve used increasingly complicated analytics techniques to drastically reduce the cost of acquisition during this process. As a leader, I believe in building high functioning, independent teams through servant leadership. It’s my job to drive the next generation of leaders so that my companies and clients can grow sustainably.
