Background
About Scott Christensen
I am an experienced instructional and leadership coach with nearly 20 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and specialist across grades K–12 in public and charter schools in Washington, Florida, North Dakota, and Utah. I have a strong record of driving transformative improvement at the school, district, and state levels through strategic implementation coaching, instructional design, digital teaching and learning, leadership development, and team building.I have taught English/Language Arts in grades 7–11, including Creative Writing and Journalism. Prior to my career in education, I worked as a screenwriter, where I discovered my passion for story and developed a lasting commitment to supporting students and educators in telling theirs. I hold a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Puget Sound.
