I still remember standing at TimeSolv's booth at ABA TECHSHOW in Chicago. My first day as their Director of Marketing. Their first marketing hire. No team. No processes. Just me, a brilliant product, lawyers asking questions, and a blank canvas. That's where I discovered something that's stuck with me ever since: I'm at my best when the problem is complex and the path forward isn't obvious. Maybe it's the former teacher in me, but I've always believed the job is to clarify, connect, and move people to action, whether that's a room full of high schoolers or a room full of sales executives. Over the past decade in legal tech, I've had the privilege of building revenue engines from the ground up. Teams, systems, pipelines, processes, the unglamorous infrastructure that makes growth sustainable and predictable. I've learned that the best revenue leaders don't just chase numbers. They build the conditions that make success repeatable. Now as CRO at Affinity Consulting Group, I get to do that work at a place I genuinely believe in, alongside a team that's already doing remarkable things for law firms across the country.
