About Scott Clevenger

Throughout twenty-eight years of ministry in the local church, I have been afforded the opportunity to develop many skills needed for the mainstream marketplace. I have worked with all ages from children to the elderly enabling me to understand how the vast majority of people think. Having been the leader of several large churches has required me to learn the importance of effective systems and workflows within an organization. Effective team building has been critical to the momentum of the organization and I’ve always prided myself in the ability to cultivate an exciting culture with meaningful chemistry. Maybe one of the most overlooked skills a lead pastor is required to learn is conflict resolution. I also possess extensive knowledge and versatility in utilizing a range of technologies and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Mac products, and proficiently navigating diverse databases. My four years in the United States Air Force has afforded me the opportunity to learn how to work with and lead people from a variety of cultural backgrounds and all personality types. Finally, one of my greatest passions is mentoring and training the next generation of leaders.
