I have extensive experience with pipeline and terminal projects, propane operations, as well as managing all SQE (Safety, Quality, and Environment) aspects for Crowley’s Alaska Western Region Terminals and Pipelines. I engage with local, State and Federal agencies. My role also encompasses managing and supporting all aspects ofProcess Safety Management (PSM) where I provide leadership and guidance to facility propane operations.I help to support the budget for my region. Expert in MOC, pipeline and tank farm predictive and preventative maintenance, inspections, project life cycle, and budgeting. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of compliance from both corporate and regulatory perspectives,translating these insights into improved facility operations. I successfully established a robust PSM/RMP Base program for Crowley, which has led to standardized maintenance practices, mechanical integrity program, contractor requirements and enhanced procedures. I have supported Crowley’s MOC process during projects. My expertise also encompasses Process Excellence and Risk Management. I excel at leading operational teams to foster a positive culture that drives business results and reduces costs.
