It is a great time to be working in the digital technology field. I love the challenge of solving customer problems with modern technology learning from key results and adjusting quickly to new insights. Throughout my career I have held many different non-managerial and managerial positions in IT, project delivery, product development, product management and marketing. Technological landscapes and the marketplaces have evolved over that time and these changes have presented me with a wide range of experiences that have helped me understand what I love about my work: 1. Building teams and processes that provide platforms for effective collaboration and innovation. Thinking about the end user’s personal workflows and how products and systems can become an indispensable part of their day to day. Delivering projects on time that hit the core of the product’s value proposition. Using data to validate and inspire great ideas. I can successfully create, scale and enhance digital platforms for millions of users - I constantly seek to understand the customer problem statement and focus on solving those problems - I can execute on big projects with given constraints - I use data to validate my instincts I can organize and lead diverse teams - I put people in positions where they can excel and get out of their way - I shoulder responsibility when things go wrong - Having been an engineer for 10+ years I can speak to the technical team as well as the business leaders I am in constant pursuit to learn and be better - I stay calm when faced with adversity - I seek to understand problems from many perspectives - I look for insights from different sources both inside and outside my field I enjoy hearing about the challenges people have faced and how they use technology to tackle them.
