Scott Collier is a Proven leader with over 15 years of management experience. Scott's strong suits are team building, problem solving, financial excellence, and customer service. Scott Has increased the census of every community that he has worked for by more than 40%. Scott has increased retention rates in staff as well as aging in place stats with residents. Scott has a very strong following, most if not all the people that Scott has managed, as well as past residents has, and will, follow him anywhere. Scott has a heart for community service. He shows this with the development of his NON-PROFIT "Creative Elite Arts Company". Which is dedicated to the rehabilitation of at risk youth. Scott Has developed Intergenerational programs in past communities, dedicated to bridging the gap between seniors and the youth. Through these programs Scott has tracked the positive effect that this program has had on aging in place for seniors, as well as increased high school graduation rates for youth. Scott is affectionately known by family, friends, and coworkers as "The Fixer". He pushes himself aggressively towards the success of any task, and is definitely an asset to any team that he is apart of.
