About Scott Cooper

I've been with Alcatel-Lucent since 2009 (Now Nokia). Since then I've been able to learn and use SAP QTC E1P to book orders, build and schedule projects, maintain those projects, and run reports. After a while, I was able to create and maintain relationships with the customer, Sales, Project Managers, Installation Supervisors and Engineers. After becoming a team lead, I was thought more in-depth reports. Using internal systems, such as EPIC and PO Log, and SAP I was able to supervise OM's on the Network Vision MMBTS & TT project as well as the start of the 2.5 project. This is where my love for reports started. Acted as Manager from the end of 2014 to mid 2015. During this time we learned a lot as a team and implemented many controls, workflow documents and cross trained team members on all accounts. From 2017 to present, I've been working as a Program Manager, ION division, and have had the pleasure working with many people expanding my knowledge in program management, EMS management, supply management, demand planning and much more. Doesn't seem to be an end to the amount to be learned with my peers. My most recent goal includes learning more about Power Query, Power BI and what VBA, in excel, can do for our team to make our jobs easier.
