About Scott Courter

My 20 years in the Food Service Industry, mostly in restaurant ownership and Management has afforded me leadership and people skills as well as a variety of other skills, such as proficiency Employee Procedures and Policies development, Employee Training procedures and Training Manuals development, menu building; organizational skills; and time management. My 4 years at Ken Garner manufacturing has led to a proficiency in accounting procedures and software, such as Epicor 10.1, Great Plains, Quicken, and QuickBooks; as well as furthering my skills in Work Instruction Processes Development in video and document format. My work at US Xpress and READ of Chattanooga provided me with the opportunity to develop software skills in PhotoShop, GoldWave, Audacity, and Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. As a musician of thirty years I have developed skills using CuBase, GarageBand, ProTools, and Audacity. I know my way around an analog studio, as well. I am a musician whose primary instrument is guitar, and as such I have been an instructor. I am also adequately able on bass, drums, banjo, ukulele, mandolin, piano, and lap steel.
