Currently SVP Retail Curaleaf Previously VP of Merchandising for Baldor Foods, I lead product selection, vendor negotiations, and strategic supply chain management to support growth initiatives for one of the East Coast’s premier specialty food distributors. My focus is on optimizing profitability, strengthening vendor relationships, and ensuring our product mix aligns with our customers’ needs and Baldor’s commitment to quality. Previously, as Chief Merchant at FreshDirect, I oversaw a $763M grocery operation, managing everything from product curation to supply chain oversight and visual merchandising. I led impactful marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer service strategies to drive revenue growth and deliver an elevated customer experience. A pivotal moment in my career was playing a key role in FreshDirect’s acquisition by Ahold Delhaize, where I leveraged private equity expertise to deliver stakeholder value. As the only executive retained post-acquisition, I helped ensure a smooth transition and successful integration of operations within Ahold Delhaize. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am also an active investor in startups, continually seeking to support innovative ventures. In my free time, I enjoy racing bikes and spending quality time with my family.
