About Scott Crawford

I am a multi facetted business professional currently working in the banking industry as a Sales Support Officer for Scotiabank. In my current role I support the onboarding tasks for new small business clients who have acquired Scotiabank's digital online banking platform Scotia Connect. In addition, I dive into data sets and monitor new raw data collected and manipulated to help determine new customer satisfaction metrics for upper management. I have worked both a medium sized and corporate work environment for over 10 years assisting marketing and digital communication agencies before transferring over to the banking industry. Some of these roles I have assisted with- Account Management - Client Facing and Resolutions - Portfolio Management - Data Analysis - Digital Marketing Campaign Management & Budgeting In addition, I have used my skillset to pursue a part time role with my Alma Mater to assist the Men's Basketball team's analytic team in order to build the program's analytics team. My passions outside of work include travelling as I have been to 30 countries and looking to grow that number & learning more about how I can use my data skills for towards digital marketing.
